- The scientist checks the evidence before trusting any answer.
- The safety officer sets the rules before anything goes wrong.
- The trainer turns both into habits your team keeps.
That is what the AI era needs: fast work, checked by people, with a human in the loop. I train teams and leaders on their real tasks, from first steps to agentic processes.

Your team is probably using AI already. Who is still doing the thinking?
Early wins are easy: faster emails, shorter reports. The quiet risk comes later. A confident report quotes a source that does not exist. A summary drops the one line that mattered.
My training keeps your people in charge. AI speeds the work up. Your people decide what is true.
- Why AI can sound sure and still be wrong
- Which work to give AI, and which to keep
- Keeping personal, client and company data safe
- Checking AI's work before anyone relies on it
How a team grows
One problem-solving journey. Four levels, at your team's pace.
Each level adds the controls leaders expect before the next one opens, with a human in the loop (HITL) at every step.
Every level runs on the same four questions
- Critical thinkingIs the premise true? The person keepsJudging what is true
- Systems thinkingWhat does this connect to?The person keepsSeeing what else it affects
- Design thinkingWho needs the answer, and what serves them? The person keepsDeciding what is useful
- Process improvementHow should this work be done from now on?The person keepsOwning the new way of working
AI supports each stage. The human in the loop decides.

How it works
- Ways I work with you: training courses, facilitated workshops, AI hackathon facilitation, workflow audit workshops and AI adoption route maps.
- Languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- No technical background needed.
Before the day
- A short call on your goals, your tools and your rules.
- Leaders go first: a short session for your leadership team sets the rules and picks the first processes.
- Your approved AI tools, with access confirmed by your IT team.
- Each person brings one real task. Free tools use sample data only.
On the day
- In-house and in person, at your premises.
- Groups of 5 to 40.
- Hands-on, on your team's real work.
- HRDC claimable.
After
- Each person leaves with the workflow they built, a check sheet and their own instruction notes.
- A one-task plan for Monday.
- The same short check before and after, so you can see what changed.
Questions
Three questions to ask any AI trainer
- Do you teach the tools, or the thinking?
- Who checks the results?
- What does our team keep afterwards?
Which AI tools do you teach?
The principles work on any tool. We practise on the tools your company already uses and allows.
Is our data safe during training?
Your company's rules on AI use come first. On AI tools your company licenses, your team brings one real bottleneck and works on it. On free AI tools, we use sample data only.
What happens after the programme?
Your team keeps the workflows and notes it builds. A next phase is agreed only if you want one.
Can we claim it?
Yes. Programmes are HRDC claimable. Your HR team can confirm your company's eligibility.
Do our people need to install anything?
No. We use the AI tools your company already allows. If your team will build something, we check access with your IT team before the day.
What do people take back to work?
The workflow they built, a check sheet, their own instruction notes and a one-task plan for Monday.
